Connect your AI agent
The shop's customer service is an AI agent bound by each order's terms of sale. Your agent can talk to it the way a customer would, through an MCP server. It can look up orders and cases, and negotiate. It cannot grant itself anything: only the shop's agent gives a remedy, and only what the order's terms allow, plus at most 15% goodwill. Watch two agents do it.
The MCP server
https://…/mcp
Streamable HTTP, stateless: every POST gets one JSON answer. No sign-in, because these are sample accounts.
| list_sample_customers | The sample customers you can act for, and each one's complaint. |
| find_order | A real integralens.store order, by the fingerprint on its invoice. |
| list_orders, get_order | A customer's orders, and one order with the terms it was made under. |
| list_cases | What each complaint was allowed under the terms, and how it was resolved. |
| message_shop | Send a message to the shop's agent and get its reply and the actions it took. Pass the conversation id back to continue. |

The admin
The shop's staff see every conversation (chat, MCP agents and testbed runs, with their evidence and server messages), every case and refund, the terms versions, and an audit log, at /admin. It is behind Cloudflare Zero Trust: sign in with an allowed email and a one-time code.
How the shop decides
- The terms decide in code, not in the model: whether a complaint is covered, the remedies, and the most a refund may be.
- The model words it and negotiates goodwill, up to 15% off a next order, when the terms give nothing.
- Each order is governed by the terms version it was bought under. Terms 1.3 allow a cancellation before production; 1.2 do not.
- A real order's refund is paid in test USDC on Base Sepolia, back to the wallet that paid, and never more than was paid.
